The World Wrap Masters Eurasia 2019 will take place from the 6th - 8th December at the Istanbul Expo Center in Istanbul, Turkey. The winner of the competition will go on to compete at the World Wrap Masters Final 2020 from 26th-27th March at the Global Print Expo 2020 at the IFEMA exhibition centre. The winner will be joined by regional and national winners of the other World Wrap Masters series competitions.
The competition will take place at FESPA Eurasia 2019. 16 competitors from Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Russia will compete in 4 rounds. The rounds will feature a creative round and competitors will wrap cars and other items. Competitors will be judged on their techniques and the quality of their installation. The World Wrap Masters Eurasia 2019 will start on Friday 6th December and the final will take place on Sunday 8th December.
During day 1 the judges will provide car wrapping training and demos that will offer tips and advice for all competitors and visitors.
Last year’s winner, Ivan Tenchev of Astra Folio in Bulgaria will be defending his title and comments: “The World Wrap Masters Eurasia 2018 was such a highlight for me and now I have the opportunity to defend my title against the top wrappers in the region. The competition is always tough, and one mistake can mean automatic elimination.”
The sponsors of the competition includes vinyl sponsor Hexis and Wrapstock who will be providing the designs which will be featured in the final round.
The judges for the competition will feature two-time World Wrap Masters Champion Kiss Lajos and Carlos Ruiz. Kiss was Head Judge at the World Wrap Masters Europe 2019 and the World Wrap Masters Final 2019 in Munich. Kiss has over 19 years experience in the vehicle wrapping industry and first competed in 2010. Carlos was also a judge at the World Wrap Masters Europe 2019 and the World Wrap Masters Final 2019. Carlos has 23 years experience in the industry and owns his own academy with his wife which was founded in 2004.
