The World Wrap Masters Middle East 2026 ended brilliantly, delivering another unforgettable three-day competition that showed incredible talent, precision, and creativity. Held at FESPA Middle East in the Dubai Exhibition Centre from 13th-15th January, the event brought together 10 global elite wrappers to display their wrapping expertise on a BMW X5.

Simon Jokumsen from the Denmark took the title of the World Wrap Master of Middle East 2026. Alexander Atanasov from Bulgaria took 2nd place with his precise, creative execution, while Yuki Hayashida placed in 3rd place with an excellent performance throughout the competition. As Simon is already taking part in the World Wrap Masters Final following his win in Sweden, Alexander will advance to the finals in Barcelona in May.

The first day of the competition consisted of 6 rounds as well as a creative round. Each round lasted 30 minutes and required competitors to wrap the front door, front bumper and back fender of a BMW X5. The creative round item was a football.

On Day 2, competitors faced challenges of applying Printed Media film on the front door and fender as well as applying colour change material on the back fender and back bumper.

The third and final day of the competition featured a highly creative round that tested both skill and imagination. Competitors wrapped small suitcases. Following this round, at the end of the semi-finals resulted in the judges choosing the top 4 wrappers. These finalists then competed in an intense final round, wrapping an entire side of the car. The ultimate test of determination, skill, and time management determined the winner.

The competition was made possible by the sponsor, Hexis.

Alexander will advance to the World Wrap Masters Finals, scheduled to take place from 21–22 May 2026 at the FESPA Global Print Expo at The Fira Barcelona. Register here to attend to watch the World Wrap Masters Europe 2026 from 19 – 20 May and the World Wrap Masters Final 2026 from 21 – 22 May.
