Each round was carefully watched and judged by industry experts. The competition also featured various workshops and training demonstrations from the World Wrap Masters Norway judges which offered insightful tips to the competitors and visitors.

Competitors came from several companies including ANT Studio, Accord skylt o reklam AB, Privat, Sarpborg Wrapping, Involve Pro-x, Nordvest Profil, Tommel Opp and Car Art.

3M Norway sponsored the competition, Lars Hov from 3M commented: “We were impressed by all the enthusiastic customers and the contenders in the World Wrap Masters event in Norway. It was fun watching the skilled applicators using the 3M Ij280 film with an amazing result.”

The organiser of the event, Sign Text, Elin Linnerud said: “It has been a privilege to see the competitors unfolding their skills and wrapping with such great results in World Wrap Masters Norway. This event was wrapped up nicely thanks to our main sponsor 3M and with our co-organizers FESPA Norway and AGI Publishing House. Thanks to Steinel for the amazing prizes for the trophy-holders.”

Joakim Sveen from Sarpsborg Wrapping Norway was crowned the winner. Joakim, who is from Norway, commented: “It was an insane experience to participate in World Wrap Masters Norway. It was an incredibly professional event with many talented participants. Winning first place was like a dream come true. I'm still sitting and holding the trophy -  now it's time to prepare for Munich!”

Mo Zaki came in second place, Mo is from Sweden and works for Accord Skylt O Reclam. Maciej Szynalik came in third place, Maciej is from Norway and works for ANT Studio.

As the winner, Joakim Sveen has now qualified to compete in the World Wrap Masters Final 2023 taking place from 25th – 26th May 2023 at FESPA Global Print Expo 2023 at Messe Munich, Germany.
