World Wrap Masters returned to Norway on the 7th February 2024 where Nicklas Clausen from Ringtun in Sarpsborg was crowned the winner. Nicklas qualifies to compete in the FESPA World Wrap Masters Final that will take place at FESPA Global Print Expo 2024 in Amsterdam. 12 wrappers competed in 3 preliminary rounds, 4 competitors advanced to the semi-finals with Nicklas Clausen and Jo Wennevold from Trondheim advancing to the final. The competitors were tasked with wrapping parts of a Polestar 2 2023 model and during the creative round the competitors wrapped a vinyl squeegee. The event was judged by Ole Solskin Ravn along with AndrĂ© Inghilleri, the Managing Director of NG Digital who is also the host. The competition was held in the new premises of NG Digital in Larvik. Nicklas has been in the industry for 11 years and was very impressed by the level of participants, he expressed that he was confident that Jo Wennevold would win. Nicklas commented on his win: “I have dreamed about winning the World Wrap Masters Norway for many years, I am happy and proud and looking forward to competing in the World Wrap Masters Final in Amsterdam.” This year the final will take place in the heart of Amsterdam on Thursday the 21st and Friday the 22nd of March during the FESPA Global Print Expo 2024 at RAI Amsterdam in the Netherlands. All the winners of the regional World Wrap Masters competition will battle to be crowned the World Wrap Master of 2024.
