Rendra Angga Agung takes the crown at the Wrap Masters Asia 2019

Indonesia’s Rendra Angga Agung won the Wrap Masters Asia 2019 in Bangkok Thailand and is excited to meet his competitors at the Wrap Masters Finals 2019 in Munich.
 
The Wrap Masters Asia 2019 took place from the 21st – 23rd February 2019 alongside FESPA’s Asia Print Expo 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand. Eakkalak Tadnumtong from AkeSticker Shop took second place and Kittisak Siriwarangkun from VR Wrap Shop took third place, both competitors are from Thailand. The competition gave entrants the opportunity to show off their skill set, connect with fellow installers and learn new techniques. Entrants were tasked with wrapping cars and helmets using HEXIS vinyl during the competition and were judged on the quality of their installation. Judges included Ole ‘Sunshine’ and Mr.Art and the competition’s sponsors included Car Wrapper 3D, Hexis, Epson, Decken and Hybrid.


 
Rendra has over 5 years vehicle wrapping experience and currently works at Azka Wrap. Speaking of the relevance of the competition for the wrap community Rendra says: “I truly believe that this competition can really help Indonesia’s vehicle wrappers, myself and my colleagues learned a lot at the competition and gained a lot of valuable experience. The World Wrap Masters pushes us and motivates us to be and do better.”
 
As the winner of Wrap Masters Asia 2019, Rendra will go on to compete at the World Wrap Masters Final 2019 at the Global Print Expo 2019 in Munich, 2019. Rendra will be joined by other regional and national winners of the World Wrap Masters competitions for the grand title of World Wrap Master 2019. Rendra comments: “I am really looking forward to  travelling to Munich in May and am excited to meet my competitors, I am sure it will be an unforgettable experience.”
