The World Wrap Masters 2024 Final took place from 21^st – 22^nd March 2024 at FESPA Global Print Expo 2024 at the RAI Amsterdam in the Netherlands. All regional winners of previous World Wrap Masters competitions from June 2024 battled to become the World Wrap Master of 2024. Competitors came from Brazil, Sweden, Japan, Belgium, Mexico, Middle East, the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark and Europe.
 
 The competition featured 2 intense days where wrappers participated in multiple rounds where they were tasked with wrapping various sections of a Polestar 2 car as well as wrapping children’s skate boards during the creative round which not only tested their skill but their creativity.
 
Bilal Usmanov from T58 Wrapping AB from Sweden came first place, Luis Carlos Ramirez from Extreme Toys from Mexico took second place and Hiroki Kawakami from Japan came in third place.
 

Discussing his win Bilal commented: “It was a fantastic competition, my friends back home suggested I enter this competition. During the competition I met industry experts who I learned a lot from. During the rounds I was incredibly nervous! But I am extremely happy about my victory, I have proved to myself and everyone that I am best! I have no intention of stopping and I will strive to continuously improve, and I hope to compete in the final once again in Berlin in 2025. A personal dream of mine is to win the World Wrap Masters Final three times! This will be a highlight of my career if I manage to achieve this!”
 
Hiroki Kawakami has previously won the World Wrap Masters Japan competition three times and it is also his third time competing in the final. He also placed in third position during the World Wrap Masters Final 2023. Hiroki said: “Every year the Final is interesting, this year I was excited to use vinyl that I have never seen or used before! I did struggle to wrap the vinyl as I had never used this type of vinyl before. I carefully watched my competitors during the rounds, and it is impressive to see everyone learn from each other’s techniques. Every year the level of skill from the other wrappers is always improving and increasing. Coming in third place, I know I did my very best. I am happy to compete with the best wrappers in the world and it allows me to grow and learn. I really hope if I compete in the Final next year that I will win!”
 

Ole Solskin, Kiss Lajos and Ivan Tenchev all returned once again for this iteration of the World Wrap Masters Final. Ole Solskin was the MC during the entirety of the competition, Ivan Tenchev who is a five-time winner of the World Wrap Masters Eurasia competition and the winner of the World Wrap Masters Final 2018 and 2022 competitions returned as the Head Judge. Kiss Lajos who has been a long-standing World Wrap Masters judge also returned.
 
 The competition was sponsored by Teckwrap, Arlon, Mimaki, Orafol, Hertz, Steinel, Wrapstock, FESPA Netherlands and Newline. These sponsors supported the competition in terms of supplying vinyl, film, tints, printing machinery, accessories, tools, and design software.
 
As Learning Partner for the event, The Wrap Institute showcased the latest innovations and techniques in vinyl wrapping and offered in-depth and educational “how to” demonstrations.
 
The World Wrap Masters Final will return from 8^th – 9^th May 2025 at FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 at Messe Berlin in Germany where the best car wrappers in the world will compete to be crowned the World Wrap Master of 2025.
